building design
a landmark project by Setia
Designed by Cox and FKA to be something new for Melbourne while being entirely of Melbourne, Atlas makes it mark on the city skyline while putting community at its heart.
Atlas draws on the history of its site, the surrounding gardens and the character of the city to signal a new era of urban living. An era in which health and wellness, sustainability, lifestyle and connection are inextricably entwined with smart, impactful and eminently liveable design.
an oasis above the clouds
Perching at the very top of the tower and cascading down to the town square at ground level, Atlas’ amenities shine a light on wellbeing.

Melbourne is Australia’s sporting capital and Atlas has one of its most atmospheric venues at its doorstep – Marvel Stadium. As well as local football and cricket, it hosts touring exhibition matches and international music superstars.
Atlas is also close to Melbourne’s Arts Precinct, though art can be found in almost every street in this cosmopolitan city. You’ll also uncover live music and pop-up performances where you least expect.
